How to Install Adobe Flash Update Manually Without Go To Adobe Web Site ?

Open up
‘C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash folder ( 32-bit Window System ).
‘C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder ( 64-bit window System ).
2.Internet Explorer users,double click ‘FlashUtilxxx.exe’ run the updated.Non Internet Explorer users please double click ‘NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe’.
3.A window wizard appeared and click ‘Update now’ to have Adobe flash updated,then reboot computer.That all.

I have Google Chrome with Shockwave Flash. The flash crashes every other minute. It is very difficult to read e-mail, with all the crashes. What can I do????
